2. Scope of Application

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Premium Life GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and consumers or business customers via the website https://premiumlife.tv.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. A business customer is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed activity.

2.2 Deviating or conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless the Provider has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. Services Offered

3.1 The Provider offers digital content and services in the field of dating, lifestyle and personal development, including in particular:

  • digital guides (e-books, PDFs)
  • video courses and streaming content
  • online programs
  • seminars and digital services

3.2 All services are provided exclusively in digital form (download, streaming or online access).

4. Conclusion of Contract

4.1 The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.

4.2 By clicking the button “Buy now”, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.

4.3 The contract is concluded once the Provider accepts the offer by sending a confirmation email.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

5.1 All prices are final prices and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), if applicable.

5.2 The following payment methods are available: PayPal, credit card (Stripe), Klarna.

5.3 The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Premium Life GmbH, Viktualienmarkt 8, 80331 Munich, Germany, Email: info@premiumlife.tv) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

7. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

7.1 The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • the Provider has begun performance of the contract,
  • the customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performance before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
  • the customer has acknowledged that by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.

7.2 Consent is obtained actively during the checkout process (checkbox).

8. User Account

8.1 For certain services, the creation of a user account is required.

8.2 The customer is obliged to keep their access data confidential and protect it from access by third parties.

8.3 Transfer of the user account to third parties is not permitted.

9. Rights of Use

9.1 The Provider grants the customer a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for private purposes only.

9.2 Any distribution, duplication or public reproduction of the content is prohibited.

10. Subscription Term and Termination

10.1 Subscriptions have the minimum term specified in the respective offer.

10.2 After expiry of the minimum term, the contract shall be extended for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time with one month’s notice.

10.3 Termination may be made by email to info@premiumlife.tv or via the cancellation function on the website, if available.

11. Liability

11.1 The Provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.

11.2 In cases of simple negligence, the Provider shall be liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if there are valid reasons and the changes are reasonable for the customer. Customers will be informed of any changes in due time and have the right to object.

13. Final Provisions

13.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13.2 If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany.

13.3 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
